So proud of you for working your plan. Craving, AV babbling, 30 minute run. Bingo!!! That's what needs to be done. Have that plan, work it, make great choices.
I hear you about the physical changes. That has been also a great incentive for me. Remember that 40 is the new 20 so we are just starting to ripen
(I will be 35 this yr).
I am also glad that you have managed to focus on you and not on your hubby. I know that is so hard to do so be really proud of how tough you are being inside and remember that your SR fam has your back!!!

I will NOT drink to that!

Having my plan is what really worked for me too. I started replacing all of my unhealthy habits with healthier ones. Now, it's starting to become a way of life vs something else to do. ;-)
Oh yeah, 40s is the new 20s. I plan on being a HOT 40! LOL!

Wow well done. Your positive attitude is inspiring And to continue your new journey while drink is right under your nose(your husband) is amazing. I'm very happy for you.

Nice work! You encourage me to stick with it! I will be 37 this year and have put on so many pounds since I started drinking. I look forward to losing those, working out & being active. My plan is also when my AV starts talking (which is usually when I am bored) I will head to the gym.
Congrats on 6 months JT! That's fantastic. I understand the challenges when your spouse is still drinking. Mine was still drinking when I quit and has since relapsed. But you do it for you.
And sounds like you are doing well. No reason why you can't be hot at 40. I found a photo of me at 38 and I was still drinking and I thought it was still the best I've looked. Take care of yourself now!
