Matcha green tea

Does anyone drink Matcha green tea? I just stumbled upon it while looking at health benefits of green tea on google. The list of health benefits it supposedly gives is very impressive and the level of antioxidents compared to regular green tea is very high. Just wondered if anyone drank this? How it tastes etc. Sounds very interesting as it up's the metabolic rate by up to 25% if exercising straight after which would be very good for fat burn.

Don't drink Matcha but I do drink Clipper Organic Green & White Tea. I prefer the white tea as there is no caf in it & it contains more antioxidants due to the fact the flowers are picked young & dried in the sun.. bit more expensive than green but has a nice subtle taste..

That's weird. I'm drinking my first ever Matcha green tea right now. My colleague gave me one to try on my break. Really quite nice, have to say.

I have some matcha. It's just "ok" as far as taste. I do prefer it on ice, like MsJax.

Matcha has amaxing health benefits. Are you used to green tea? If not, it might be VERY strong ( taste wise) for you. I buy Yerba mate bc I can get it at a discount - but my belief is that all green tea is good for you, like u said just reading up on the health benefits is impressive
I know I always feel better when I drink my green tea.

Drink it every day. One of my favourite beverages. I like the Japanese genmaicha green tea as its mixed with roasted brown rice.
