I kept on walking
 

Went to grocery store to pick up some dinner and I actually walked by the beer section and said to myself "nope not having any. I know you want a couple but a couple is pointless because I can't just have a couple." So I kept on walking and thought how I want to wake up feeling refreshed like I did today. For me that's a win!!!! Now back to my ice water.

Great job and a BIG YES to ice water! I prefer mine with a bit of lemon and cucumber.

It's a great feeling, isn't it? When I have to go near that aisle (which I avoid every chance I can), I scream "F You!" in my head the entire time. May seem a little childish but it makes me feel strong.
