Hi everyone.
I'm on day 17 and grateful for having a start in my quest to live a sober and happy life. I'm so damn tired of feeling out of it. It is so frustrating to always be tired and not to have a clear mind which makes me very irritable. I new it was going to be tuff, but damn this sucks.. I really just needed to vent and I thank you for listening..

It won't always be this way tc. I think we underestimate the toll drinking takes on our body and mind. Give them both a little time to heal - you'll be ok

Very nice Tc - 17 days is great. I felt frustrated too, early on - but one day I woke up and the fog had cleared. Better days are coming.
