I'm right there with you. It's not going to be easy but we can do it. I have only started my journey today. It will be my first day in years without alcohol but I'm so sick and tired of feeling hungover all the time. Just take it one day at a time. We can do this and take back our lives.

Here it's 2am and very dark... and I'm on the internet posting to strangers hoping for a crumb of hope.

Very dark indeed... maybe this is a bad idea...

Thanks... When it comes to idiocracy though I think I rank somewhere in the world's top 10.

I think I might be a contender as well.
If you're dextoxing Solman, sometimes hot showers help.

I also like to watch old movies or write in a journal.

If you can eat, or get down some herbal tea, that can be soothing.
