Almost 3 weeks sober, checking in...
Hi everyone. It's been a while since I've been on this board.
My last drinking session went in the way that I drank for one day only after say a 6-day break from drinking after another binge. I drank for that one day and could quite easily stop drinking, where before I'd definately have continued for weeks possibly. But no, It was that one day, approx. 18 doses of alcohol and that was it.
So far in this first 3 weeks I've had no identifiable cravings or desire to drink. It is just that the thought of drinking feels sane, in the way that it is pretty much useless and will only give a hangover in return etc.
Strange how this is like this. It feels like it was easy to come back to the wagon, as if I planned this from the beginning. So for now, been going pretty well.

Well done Unix you decided to live sober
We all triped over a few times......
Hang out SR you will need tools.
This might help you:

Best wishes in your recovery
