Back at it
 

So I've been fooling myself thinking I can be a normal drinker over the past year. I am a binge drinker and have been trying to practice moderation, I hasn't worked. For every time I was able to have one drink out with friends of girlfriend it was followed up with a big binge shortly after.

I was completely abstaining for months and on sober recovery every day and am ready to get back to that.

Welcome back! I understand exactly what you mean with the binges! Better off with out alcohol altogether.

Good for you seeks, that was good thinking about the "practicing moderation" -- normies don't practice it, they just do it.
