First Step
 

Well i finally felt ready today and took my first step out in to the real world and went to the store and back on my own without buy any alcohol :) i completely avoided it and instead of spending the money i would have on alcohol i bought lots of yummy sweets and treated my mum and dad ;)

just had a lovely alcohol free day and never felt better :) i love living a life of sobriety it seems silly just going to the shop and back but that's a big deal for me !!
