5 months today!! How did everyone go 5 months on?

Thankz Dee going well, been seeing a psyche for cbt looking at how I think etc. Going well. Found out im vit b12 deficient 5 months in, started on the supplements hopefully helps with stress etc. How have you been Dee?

I'm good thanks - no worries here. Nearly bedtime :)
