This time it's TIME!
 

I hit rock bottom last weekend after a 10day drinking binge. I sought out help 8 hours after my last drink and have been sober for almost 5 days now. Still going through some withdrawal stuff (itchiness, anxiety, tearful and insomnia). But I know this is for the best. I am, though, eating like crazy and of course this brings on other issues about gaining weight. Anyhow, I wanted to stop by and be apart of this community again. Thank you! :ring

whats the plan this time?

Saw my therapist and we did an intake and I will work alongside her and another addiction specialist to help with treatment. We will focus on goals for my drinking/sobriety, and work on emotional and family goals as well.

Welcome back and congrats on 5 days. Glad to hear you are working with a professional on a plan too, that is a great move.
