hurting
 

Sorry i have been around things are hard at the moment me and my husband had a big fight over drink and drugs we are ok now av not been going to AA mainly because am scared of a member he looks like someone from my past my past
i think ill go on AA meetings online for a while
i feel like hurting myself i want to anything that hurts me just hate myself so much the main reason is because of my OCD thoughts saying av to hurt people id rather hurt myself that hurt anyone
my husband keeps saying am not that kind of person
I just feel so bad about ...anyway i hope you are all well

I'm sorry that you are suffering now, and I hope that you can find something that helps you with your recovery. It's good that your husband supports you. I hope that, instead of hurting yourself, you seek support and deal with your addiction.
