Day 13-almost 2 weeks
 

Doing O.K. Feel perfectly normal most of the day. Do have this funny feeling in my chest sometimes. I am sorta worried about what I have done to my cardiovascular system. BP isn't down enough yet. Can there be healing for that too?

Great job on 13 days. And your BP can drop. Mine was up in December and is back to normal after 3 months sober. Hang in there it gets easier

None of us are Drs - it may just be anxiety - but if you're concerned the best thing is to get checked out :)

I was given Ativan. 15 1 mg pills. Supposed to take 3/day. Took less. Wanted one refill because I still have symptoms. Anyway the Doctor prescribed 90 more. And another refill of 90 also allowed. Can't quite figure that out. I think that I will continue with half doses until I feel totally well. Just finishing day 15 alcohol free. I think the Avitan helps calm me and may be helping me do this. But why so many pills? Could sell them. Just kidding.
