I know you use SR - what does the rest of your recovery plan look like?

Well I am keeping myself busy with a new website I am working on so that is keeping my mind active, also I live at my family home at the moment so I have there support. I have twice be close to going drinking and they put a stop to it so that's great. My binge drinking helped or at least I thought with GAD but that is not the case so just keeping my head down and failure is not an option.

And you can't change what you've done - but you can make decisions for the future.

If you didn't want to get straight, you wouldn't have come here and said what had happened. You would have done what I did and 'disappear' from the forum.
