Hi Frank! Just found this thread. Read back many pages. Glad to see you are doing so well. Keep up the good work. There's a lot to you I can see by your posts! Well, I'm two hours ahead of you and going to bed. Just wanted to say hi! 40lbs down is concerning. Gonna see your doc soon? I need to see my doc! My scale creeps up!! A couple years ago my doc says, "well you don't have cancer!" In other words I wasn't losing any weight! Ha! Not fat by any means but would love to lose at least ten! Take care. Keep on keepin on!

I loved lost too, but I still haven't seen the final season, I've been working and travelling.
I remember the first time I saw lost, I loved it!
Lucky me the first season was out on DVD, so I rented it, called in sick to work and watched the full first season, I had a huge crush on sawyer! Yum !!!
Have you seen " the killing?" Its another good series, I actually don't have a tv, but I watch them on my ipad sometimes.
" the killing" is a raw, gritty crime drama, I study criminology so I was hooked

I would like to register a complaint, Many have told me that if I am struggling I should log onto chat for reinforcement, I was struggling mightily tonight, But there was no one on chat to help me. I managed to to get through without chat help (and the fact that it was too late to buy liquor). Next time, don;t promise to help if you can't back that promise .

I'm sorry you feel let down Frank.
I can give you the names of folks for whom chat has been a literal lifeline - but like I said there's no way any one can guarantee 24/7 activity for you, or anyone else.
Once you spend some time in there you'll get a feel for the times when it's busiest.
I can guarantee however that you can always post on the forums and have a better than each way bet someone will be around.
