(I was anemic, now taking Iron tabs - I am vegetarian but a bad one lol)

- Bloodpressure perfect (125 / 85) (Used to be 145-90 when I was drinking)

- Weight in the healthy range, BMI nearly perfect!
I was in obese range size 16 Womens AUS (US=12 NOW 8 US and 12 AUS)
93kg= 205lb, NOW 79kg= 174lb.
BMI gone from 31.1 to 26.4 woohoo)

party time!!

Gp is impressed, she said I look greet and come across happier liver still enlarged but she said it's nothing to worry about she said

I would say let's celebrate it with a drink but let's not do that hey ;)
Want to keep it all like this.
Soon I will get OFF the cholesterol tabs and no more iron tabs, I am weening off the Tegretol too and then weening off the Chlorpromozine) Don't need them

Feeling on top of the world!
As you can imagine ;)
See hard work will get rewarded, Walking 2 miles every day (30 mins or more) and eating healthy, not drinking are paying off.

It feels AMAZING!
Reading some stories here makes me sad sometimes, thought some happy news might be inspiring for the newly starters.... to show them that your health does dramatically improve, hang in there guys you CAN do it, it is DAMN! HARD work, I agree but the feeling you get getting news like this from your GP (Doc) is the best feeling ever!
Great side effect of not drinking anymore. :)
