Into my 2nd day AF

I managed to get home without swerving in my local for a beer - as is the norm for me after work. Day 3 almost done. Called in the supermarket and got some groceries. I'm now cooking something healthy, drinking water and browsing on here. After I've eaten I'm planning on a decaf tea and a good read in bed as I look forward to another clear-ish head in the morning (sleep is slightly disturbed at the moment). I tell you though - at the moment, good food, a good read and my bed are more appealing than they've been for a looong time - and now I'm absorbing what I read! Unprecedented! :-)

Thanks all. I'm home from work and I'm going to tinker in the garage. Something I haven't done in a long time. I'm a bit tired because of hardly any sleep last night but I'm also restless. The plan is when the cravings start to get strong I'm going to eat and have a glass off milk. That will put out for the count. Lol. I really want this and to wake up tired this morning was way better than waking up in a hangover fog and feeling like crap all day!!! Thanks for all the support and keep it up on your end too. High five.
