Day 2..... Hi Everyone. Thanks for all your support yesterday on my day 1. Last night I slept pretty good although I feel really tired today. I stayed out and active most of the day today. I think that has helped a lot as to keep my mind busy. My determination/motivation to quit is still very high, but as I learned from the other times I tried to quit and from the knowledge here is if I start to feel to good I have to work harder at this. First and foremost is one day/moment at a time is how I have to stay.... Thanks again everyone. I wish the world was like are group here... TC |
You nailed it on the head. The work really starts when we feel good. That's when the AV starts telling us a couple of drinks would be ok. Rock on |

Day 2 is coming to an end for me. And I did not get a wink of sleep last night...so i'm hoping i'll get some sleep tonight. The anxiety has decreased a bit. I think i'm just really tired. I'm going to do the same thing as you: take it one day/moment at a time. Good work and good luck! |
