Day 7, have plan
 

It's day seven for me today. I can't remember who told me to stock up on fizzy water but it was sage advice. I've talked to my local religious leader to let him know where I'm at and I've asked that we sit down and chat again in a few weeks just to touch base. He's been super supportive, and i think that knowing I've got this meeting set with him will help me stay dedicated to sobriety in this early stretch.
