Day 60
 

Day 60 tomorrow. Had some tough days, but I'm started to feel better in myself not as sluggish in a morning and more energy. I read that energy levels improve even more so looking forward to that. Went to France and Belguim on holiday last week and the cheap georgous red wine was very tempting. But stuck to coffee and chocs.

Feeling much more like the old me who I thought had gone for good.

I loved reading that Oswin you are doing exellent congrats on 60 days thats awesome !!

Congrats that is awesome. That had to take great will power to not drink in France. Keep going you got it!
