Day 2 (never sure on naming the title)
Day 2 (never sure on naming the title)
Took my last drink Sunday night and posted here Monday AM.
Well I didn’t sleep much last night and had a pretty hard workday today, guess that means I will sleep tonight, I hope.
The AV keeps talking though, last night it was “just tonight”, it’s not like you actually quit yet and tonight, “let’s try just a couple, that’s all you need anyway”. I already know a couple isn’t going to do, so didn’t go down that path.
I think it will be the mental game that will be the hardest, if I let the thoughts in to far its game over once the AV has control.
Funny, when I drink I stay up late and wake up feeling terrible, tonight I feel like crashing early after some TV.
Day 2, nearly done.

A guy at a meeting I went to today said he told his girlfriend that he hates trying to hold down the food in his stomach, trying not to puke. She told him, for something you hate, you sure do it a lot!! John
