I have chills and don't feel ...right? I can't explain it but its almost as if I feel really cold for the past couple of days and slight fever with mild shaking.

Ive been sober now for 2.5 weeks and this just started happening.

Detox can last a bit I 've read just wondered if I should chalk it up to the process?

It's pretty common to come down with minor ailments in the first few weeks TnTPoP - our immune system takes a beating with so many years of drinking.

If you're concerned, the best thing to do is see your Dr?

Thats completely normal. I was like that until about day 20. Multi vit, b supp and magnesium at night really helped. Hang in there.

Maybe you've just got a cold or the flu? Take care of yourself, eat well, and rest.

Sounds familiar, but if concerned a Dr might be a good idea!!
