finally healed.
hello all. so those who know me i had a hernia blow out in my tummy while lifting heavy at the gym while training for the latest fitness comp.
happy to report im all healed nicely and ready to kick ass in the gym after the go ahead from doc. I was very depressed during the 8"weeks healing period and gained 4kg and lost muscle. i feel better already being back lifting and depression is lifting slowly. Glad i had sr to get me through. thanks guys
