Got to thinking last night and thought I'd share
 

2-4 hours of heavy intense drinking per day = 22-44 hours of pain, misery and suffering.

Yes my math is correct!

Even sleeping is miserable and your hangover can last up to 2 days or more.

Yes I want to drink and have a ball for a few hours, but I definitely do NOT want to suffer for 10x that!

Think about that the next time you want to have a drink.

I don't want the pain and suffering anymore either! That's why I'm sober now. Thx for the reminder! :-)
