Following all the suggestions is not as hard as it seems by looking at the list. You might pick one of those suggestions, and put it into play. Add another and get the feel of that one. You will be doing most of them in a short time. If any of this seems daunting, keep in mind that is only daunting at the beginning. It will soon be second nature. Granted, at the beginning, it will take a lot of your focus. Maybe all of your focus. At the beginning, recovery and steps like the above took priority over everything else in my life. And finding the commitment to execute that was exhilarating.
