Feeling hopeless
 

Hi i am a cocaine addict for over 20 years now i at the point i hate myself for it.
I been in 3 rehabs at different times and only manage 1 year not using but constanly thinking about it. I CAN'T stop myself from using and feel helpless. I always say last time or i won.t but then puff i am using. I have no interest in life at the moment. I really really want stop i am tired.

cocaine is something I never tried but you'll find a lot of support and understand from folks here, regardless of their drug of choice :)

Why do you feel you can't stop yourself from using?
how did you manage in that year clean?

Welcome to the family! :) It may seem hopeless right now, but you can overcome this addiction and live a clean and happy life. I hope the awesome support here can help you get clean for good. :)

It's far too easy to hate yourself for your mistakes, brother. It's a whole other world to accept that you're human, and flawed. I've lost my son due to my flaws, albeit only temporarily. I've lost my best friend, David, to crack, perhaps irretrievably.

I've spent more than a few nights carving up my life on a motel mirror with a debit card. :)

Posting here is proof of hope. Some part of your brain believes there is an answer to be found. :)

Change is possible, therefore hope is reasonable.

What are you willing to do to change?
