Hi guys,

Just checking in and saying hello,

I've been to see the gp today RE the depression / anxiety issues I've been experiencing over the last few months.

I'm pleased to report things appear to be improving and I've arranged a return to work in 2 weeks time.

I know it will be a challenge however, it is one I'm ready for.

163 days sober and counting, my next goal is to get to 164, then 165. One day at a time!!!

Stewy, I missed this yesterday. I'm thrilled that you're feeling better and going to head back to work soon. Yes, it will be challenging, but it will also be fulfilling to you to get back, don't you think?

Hi Anna, yes it's going to be great if I can get back to it without too many problems. I'll stay close to the forum though as it's still early days both on the medication and stopping drinking.
