over it
So these morbidly obeses guy, 300+ pounder, realizes he has a problem with eating and begins to change his life and his lifestyle. For 2 years he ate good and followed a healthy exercise program. He dropped over 120 pounds in those 2 years and was healthier than he had ever been.
For whatever reason (the reasons never matter), he started binge eating. This lasted a few weeks. As a result, he put on 10 quick pounds. He realized what was happeneing and stopped.
Is he now back at square one? Would it make any rational sense if he reacted in the same way that you are? Does the reation fit the reality of the situation? No, no and no. Pick yourself up. Figure out what ultimately led to this very brief interlude in your sobriety. Make the necessary change to patch up that hole. Move on being the amazing person and mother that you are.
