Day two Back after my 5-day binge, so much damage done and so ridiculous, my behaviour was insane I'm so grateful to have at least one person in my family who's being really supportive and unexpectedly kind - we have some agreements and bottom line was made clear, but it's amazing to have anyone at all Incredibly ashamed at the damage I caused and throwing myself back into AA Thank you everyone who offered support and encouragement during my meltdown, really grateful for this place |

How's it going? :) D I'm in a rotten mood this morning wanting to drink to chill out but quickly got myself in check walking my dog and with some meditation on an app of all things, and did some cleaning which somehow helps me Still sober and on day 3 now so nothing to complain about really Then again it's not even 9am yet and I always find something :p But no, I'm ok withdrawal that I didn't even think I'd get (but dr said would) has mostly subsided just wicked insomnia and lightheadedness left Gee that was a bit of a vent - guess I needed to get that out! Thanks for the support all |
