It gets worse.
Kimura, if you've said "just stop drinking" a lot, I think it might be a good time to consider Dee's advice to make a plan. When I knew I needed to stop drinking, and my plan was "just stop drinking" I kept drinking because I didn't know how to live without my daily dose of misery.
Sorry you're in a rough spot. It doesn't have to be that way. Read around and put together a plan. You can do it.

that's doesn't work kimura.
Take it from me. Two drink drivings on my record and many years of 'just cut back, just take it easy, just drink like a normal person, just quit drinking...'
Nope. Needed a plan and that plan needed to begin with 'admit that I'm powerless over alcohol' and 'make a decision to embrace sobriety'
You don't have to ride this horrible elevator down any further

Since youve said that a lot in the past and yer where yer at now you should see t
that "just stop drinking" hasn't worked good and helping you stay stopped.
I highly suggest ya look int one of the many recovery methods available and/ or even therapy.
Action more than just not drinking seems to work for many.
