day 11 feeling depressed :(

Today is hard

I've made it 11 day's without alcohol and I'm so proud of myself but feel a sense of dread to what if I fail!! Not getting enough support from family and friends who seem to think this is all a joke.

Day 11 is awesome! It's rough at the beginning, but I guarantee you it get's easier gradually.

I'm sorry you're not getting support from family and friends. That seems to happen to many of us. The thing is that it's really hard for others to understand alcoholism, which is a good reason to come here because we do get it. It would be nice to have support from family and friends, but ultimately, this is something you are doing for yourself because it is what you need to do. Stay focused on your recovery and you'll be fine.
