Looking for online help
I've been struggling with alcoholism since my late 20's. I've gone over a year sober several times but keep relapsing. I dont ever give up but I cant seem to keep my head in the game - I get angry and go out again....just rambling I guess. I hope to meet some people here I can relate too.

Thanks guys....I am trying to do everything right. I have a sponsor..who of course I didnt call. I go to meetings when I am home. Most of my friends are sober. I try to read every morning and say my prayers....I just hope someday it will click and I get serious. I dont have very many second chances left....

I used to have the Same problem!
As it turner out i kept relapsing on process addictions which i didn't identify or treated
Also i had a lot of trauma which hadn't been processen!
I did trauma processing combined with 12 step program in treatment and i've been sober ever since! If you want a little more info don't hesitate To ask
