Just an update
Today is day 32.
The Zoloft discontinuation symptoms aren't as bad today as yesterday which is good. But I couldn't go to sleep last night although I was exhausted from not really doing anything.
We stopped by a friends house last night and my sister was there when we got there. She was telling them and us about her dilemmas. I knew that there would be beer there but it didn't concern me. But then my sister got a beer and she said, I don't know why I got another one, I'm not even finished with my first. I said, is it still cold, she said yes and handed to me. Then I held it and said, I haven't had a beer in 31 days. Both my sister and friend said, NOOOOOO! And she took away the beer. Then when we left she told me that she was very proud of me. ☺️
I've lost 3 lbs.
Glad tomorrow is Friday. I hope my mood swings level out soon!
