So I'm 10 days sober and really feeling pretty good! Sleep is so nice when I don't need to pass out to get it. I've been able to get alot done around the house and work is going extremley well also. I will say that Sobriety only becomes easy when it is what you want. If it is forced on you via an ultimatum from whoever (husband, wife, doctor, child, etc...) and you WANT to drink. It will be infinitley more difficult. I made a concious decision 10 days ago to not drink (after binge-drinking my face off for the last 2 or 3 years) and it really has not been terribly difficult. It was my choice. No regrets here.

Day 10 here, too!

I like finally being able to sleep and not pass out; I like that I have lost 12 pounds; I also like that I don't have hangovers or pains in my side from drinking. Plus, I look a lot healthier.
