A sleepless night
I FEEL SO OVERWHELMED WITH FEELLINGS AND EMOTIONS.
I CAN'T TO SEEM TO GET OFF THE HAMSTERWHEEL THAT IS MY CODEPENDENCY. I CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT IS NORMAL AND WHAT IS PART OF MY CODEPENDENT BEHAVIOR. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I HAVE A VALID POINT? HOW DO I LEARN TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN MY ISSUES AND SOMEONE ELSES ISSUES? NOW THAT I KNOW THAT I AM CODEPENDENT, I THINK EVERYTHING I SAY OR DO IS WRONG AND THAT BECAUSE I HAVE "ISSUES" IF THERE IS AN ARGUMENT OR DISAGREEMENT IT MUST BE MY FAULT. HOW DO I LEARN TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY "BEHAVIORS" AND LEGITIMATE PROBLEMS?
