The Fun is just starting

When I quit alcohol and crack. I thought the party was over. I have been going to AA and listening to Anthony Robbins tapes. I gave a woman 20 dollars to have her buy someone else lunch. I have learned that the true joy and fun is just beginning. It takes a bit more elbow grease. I love to donate my time and energy to people in need. It really puts a smile on my face to let someone else experience running water.

There is joy in going to the veterans hospital too and make some money for them. They enjoy people there for the most part and that is how you express your job for being alive.

IN KC there are people without running toilets and running and hot water. It is nice to help them get to showers and go to the bathroom without using a porta potty. That is how you express love and gratitude for being sober. I used to think about how much money I was going to get out of being sober. I know that happiness and joy now comes from expressing joy and happiness in your actions.

Lots of times I think people don't understand that you reap what you sow. If I go to rehab centers and put in time and energy to help people. I get back so much in return for my efforts. It build character. It expresses my love and energy of being a man. That my friend is how you become you own hero.

1. Praying can be fun if you use your whole body to do it. GOD THANK YOU FOR THE GIFT OF LIFE.
2. Giving money to strangers feels like you smoked a joint. It gives you a lasting high and it lets someone else feel amazing. If you help other people your life will be amazing and rich.
3. Help other people be wealthy and you will be wealthy in spirit.
4. Get on your knees and connect with Jesus and your creator!

It is not stupid or silly to express love to your family and friends. I feel like silly sometimes but I will scream out. I LOVE YOU MOM AND DAD. Just be silly with it you will feel better and break that habbit of feeling sorry for yourself.
