It was really easy not to drink alcohol, and I now think it really stinks!

OH it would have been SO EASY to just take a free drink!
Just saw my psychologist and she said I should feel very proud.
She told me the meds are not magic pills

Also because I used to drink my beer ice ice ice cold nearly frozen from the freezer, these were warm lol AND I was at work. Would look a bit stupid to drink whilst at work. Got my reputation to keep up
