Embarrasing problem..........
Hi ALL
Hope you all well and doing ok
Not too bad here and sober - days are counting up
Anyway about 3and a half weeks I had a job interview (even though I am self employed work is a bit slow and a big trigger is boredom) for a full time position
I came second despite the fact I was blotto at the interview - don't ask me either and this is a professional accountancy practise...........
the problem is the person who got the job has walked out and they have offered me it and am due to see my hopeful new boss Monday for a chat / meet and greet
if he asks me anything about the interview I can not honestly recall a bloody thing .......... any ideas ?????????

prepare for the meeting as if it was another interview,
don't stress it, if he asks you anything about the previous interview, ask him to be more specific. you don't have to have the same answers.
just relax and be yourself

I won't offer you advice on drinking as you know it is a potential issue. What I will say is that life is about opportunities, and you have one that has been handed to you on a silver platter. Take advantage of it, and go from there. As far as the actual interview, I agree with what others have said. Good job.
