I have been through a rough patch lately...I have some very difficult challenges right now, and although I was trying hard to work through my issues, it all got too much for me and I had a breakdown. It was very scary.

My sobriety was in tact, but I was losing my mind. And I had no idea what to do. I was running out of options.

But the incredible friendships I have made here turned out to be the greatest blessing of my life. People I care for deeply loved me through, and literally saved me.

I am incredibly grateful.
I am more than grateful in fact....I am astounded.
I have been loved and cared for beyond anything I could ever have imagined.
It has empowered me. My friends here believed in me when I could not see a way forward...I feel that I have been the recipient of a wonderful miracle.

No matter what is going on for any of you, never give up.
And don't isolate, like I tend to do...reach out...help is there; help is here.

Together we are strong.
