3 weeks in!
I haven't touched a drop for 3 weeks!!!
Goes to show what we can do. I was a very very heavy drinker and have been for 12 years. I've cut out a bottle of vodka every night. Just stopped it. Had DTs for about 5 days, with just slight insomnia left now.
Feeling amazing, sharp and alert!
Take this as inspiration if you are a newcomer reading this!

Awesome! I'm also in week 3. I never thought I could do it. Now I don't even really think about it much, which is weird in this short time because I ALWAYS thought about drinking.
