Here we go again
How do I make it almost a year sober and then out of no where decide to go on a three day bender. I am paying for it today. I forgot how bad detoxing is. So I am back on here and hope to make friends and have a support system. 29 female from Michigan. Friend me

I'm glad you decided to post, it helps me today. I've been sober four yers and it took me many attempts to get that far.
Your post made me realize I've been complacent and that I have to stay ever vigilant.
