When I tired to limit myself to the weekends I found that I got even more out of control - I would drink and drugs a weeks worth in 3 days...then my weekend began to start on Thursday nights...
More power to you if you can pull it off DB but seeing as your drinking has already nearly left you homeless and a binge seems to involve other dangerous things like benzos, wouldn't a rational response be to stop drinking altogther?
