Habits - There's an App for that
Imagine that - and app for habits ;-)
On numerous threads here, people are wanting to change their habits for the good. I installed a free app called "Habitbull". For free you can add 5 habits that you want - if you want to add more habits you pay. Me, being thrifty, only using the free ones. One of the habits I added was abstinence. Once you establish what habits you'd like to start, you get to put a star after each one you've accomplished that day. At the end of the day you get a message with positive reinforcement. Since installing this app, my abstinence has been 100 percent.
Thought I'd pass this on - perhaps it will help others establish and maintain positive habits.
