meditation material i can print out
I am going to spend a few days on top of a mountain, i need reading meditation material i can print out or download on Ipad. Looking for stuff that will bring me to the higher power, please no AA reading, thanks. Just your favorites and maybe guide to how to mediate...

Lie down.
Imagine yourself on a beach. You're lying there on the sand, just above the rising tide. Wiggle a little, nestle into the sand.
The tide's coming in. You can feel it lapping at your feet. (You did lay with your feet to the ocean, right?) It's going to take a while for the tide to come in.
The surf laps at your feet. Slowly, the tide rises. Past your heels, past you calves, on and on. Ever climbing the beach, lifting your body.
Finally, you are afloat.
