But it seems to me you have some hope of staying together and him getting help. I am a recovering alcoholic and my husband a recovering addict. Been together 8 years. I have been where you are a million times. But when I bought the test, it was either tell me the truth and take the test and we can get help or if he refused the test, I'm done.
Do what's best for you. Maybe a little time apart will be good and if he's not willing to get help during that time apart, then you make the choice to move on.
