I hope by the time you read this, you're reading it with a clearer head and a body free from substances....

I hope you made it to the hospital and are even as I type this in the care of professionals.

I hope this is a turning point for you.... I hope that your thirtieth birthday sees you clean and sober and stepping forward into the Rest of Your Life in blessed sobriety.
