In fact, the irony here is that just the other day I was talking to a friend about how I hadn't been sick for over a year.... then BAM!!

but yeah, definitely have noticed being far healthier.

feelin' better than I did this morning.... after a long stressy workday, still headachey and sore and weak and not up to par, but it's progress anyway.
