I can drink anytime I want to, Jillian. But to do so would have dire consequences for me and for those I value. That is a guarantee. I can have a liveable life, or I can drink, but I can't do both.

If you can frame the question like this in your own mind, the answer becomes very simple. I will never drink, and I will never change my mind.

I also wanted to let everyone know that my right side doesn't hurt anymore or have that "tugging" feeling. It would get so bad that I would drink to ease the pain, when really it was making it worse. How stupid.
