Lordy , ya'll wish me luck and chuck some prayers up there...

I am taking half a day today....And half days on Fridays usually mean: "OMG , Miller Lights on sale for how much????" At least up until November it went like that..

I always like to walk in saying I found Miller Light on sale because in my mind , if it was a good price , then of course I should have bought it...Seemed to smooth things over and set up for a positive reaction...

Well , today , that voice is hollarin at me again.. "Maybe you can find a good deal on Miller Light , they won't even notice!"..

Gonna make it a sober Friday , even though it's not exactly a relaxing one at the moment...

I wish the AV was a physical thing , so I could at least beat the snot out of it...Punching myself up side the head doesn't seem to have the same effect... lol...

I hear you. It's very annoying to have those thoughts... I am almost to a year and I still have the sneaky bastard show up from time to time. When that happens I always remind myself what I have learned here, thoughts are just thoughts and they have no power until they turn into actions. One thing I have discovered helps me a lot is posting here and putting it out there. It makes me feel more accountable.

Rolling on the floor. This totally made my Friday a better place to be. Firstymer - hilarious. Going on a t-shirt.

Nofearnobeer, I hear you about the struggles you are having. I have grabbed my running shoes, headphones, internal angst and gone on many an air-boxing run. Cleaned the same toilets with gusto many times over...and with enough frequency to warrant buying the most eco-friendly toilet bowl cleaner. Hey, whatever works, right? You can punch the AV out, in the air, in your mind.

Go hang out on the weekender thread...that place is an amazing experience and they are all there every weekend to support each other.
