30 days today
Today at NA I got my 30day keychain I'm sooo happy about that. Why when I get home the thirst for cocaine hit me I can taste it I wanna make a call. Honestly I do. Called my sponser it helped for a min but right back to the thirst for it I go help me please

It's pretty common to struggle on anniversaries of sobriety.
Don't self-sabotage this time. You deserve better.
I struggled a lot at six months. Didn't give in, though. You won't either.

914born, 30 days without cocaine is just so FANTASTIC, congratulations. Goin on 4 years no cocaine here, but at 30 days was suffering just like you, and what I did was just suffer through the cravings. You'll be that much stronger in the morning, we are all rootin for ya.

Hi 914, awesome job on your 30 days... Just think how far you came to get where you are. I am having the same problem with alcohol, its been a rough day for me, but I know I cant go back.
Just step back two times and if still feel you need it, then step 2 back 2 more and think how you got here, if that doesn't work try to step back 2 more and see how much you learned and how things your life is going, Pretty good right!!
Keep going and you can do anything to fight your addiction.

Oh, sweetheart, I am SO proud of you. I remember your early posts - you struggled intensely for your sobriety! What a fight!
You are doing the absolute right thing. Don't use. Just don't use. You got through the hardest part. Cravings will still arise, but you have the power now to ride them...
