21 days
Doesn't feel like it. It was tough almost slipped last week. The feeling of a future defeat still lingers around. My blood pressure came down but still kind of high. Wondering when it can be normal. But great sleep and more energy plus 10 lbs lighter. Still not used to life with out drinking. It feels like its the only solution.

Great job on 21 days! In still very early in recovery so I cant really answer your question. All I do know, is that I had an "aaha" moment that I'm no longer a drinker. I hope that you get that moment too. I don't have much advice, but when you feel vulnerable, post here first! You can get through this

I never has a pink cloud. I did have a growing sense that I might make it tho
